All I need is a clear photo of the house at the angle you’d like me to paint it at- straight on from the front is perfectly fine and very popular (see painting examples here on my website) but I’m happy to work with whatever idea you have. The photo can be sent to my email and then I will touch base to confirm colors (lighting can be tricky in photos). My house portraits are 9x12 (with an 11x14 mat) starting at $175 or 12x16 (with a 16x20 mat) starting at $300. I say starting at bc I ran into an issue with people wanting to add many extra details to their painting. Typically, I do not go past the basic rate on most orders but can confirm that when I see your house photo.
These are painted on cold-pressed watercolor paper, matted and professionally packaged. You will be able to fit them in standard sized frames.
I ask for a 2 week turn around time (except need longer around holidays) will let you know when it’s ready to pickup (unless you’d like me to mail it somewhere for you). The fee can be paid by credit card through my website, Venmo or cash. I ask For $50 down before I begin the painting and the remainder at pickup.
